1. Agreement
Booking any Dulock Ducts service—whether for commercial or residential cleaning—constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Electronic acceptance via email, website booking, or digital signature shall be considered binding. By booking and/or submitting payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this document.

2. Services Provided
Dulock Ducts offers professional cleaning, maintenance, and energy-efficiency services for both residential and commercial clients. The following are our core services, but our offerings are not limited to these alone. Additional services may be available upon request or as part of custom service packages:
Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning
* Grease removal and deep cleaning of hoods, ducts, vents, and grease filters
* Use of industry-approved, commercial-grade cleaning agents
* Cleaning limited to areas that are reasonably and safely accessible
* Performed in accordance with NFPA 96 standards Scope of work varies by hood type and may include manual removal of grease, condensate residue, scale, and microbial buildup from all safely accessible components such as plenum, duct entry, internal surfaces, and baffle filters. Compliance Statement: All kitchen exhaust services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including NFPA 96 and jurisdiction-specific ventilation codes.
Air Duct Services
* Inspection of air ducts and HVAC airflow pathways
* Deep cleaning of air ducts to remove dust, debris, and allergens
* Sanitation of ductwork using EPA-approved agents
* Repair or replacement of damaged duct sections
* Maintenance tips and airflow improvement recommendations
Duct Repair & Insulation Replacement
* Identification and sealing of leaks or damaged ductwork
* Replacement of compromised duct components to restore optimal airflow
* Removal and responsible disposal of old insulation
* Installation of new insulation to enhance HVAC performance and reduce energy loss
* Service limited to ductwork only; does not include HVAC equipment repairs or modifications
Dryer Vent Services
* Inspection of dryer vent lines for blockages or airflow restriction
* Cleaning of lint buildup from dryer vents and exhaust outlets
* Repair or replacement of damaged or disconnected venting
Attic Insulation Removal
* Professional removal of blown-in insulation from attics, crawl spaces, or walls
* Use of specialized vacuum equipment and protective gear
* Includes containment setup, debris removal, and basic cleanup
* May include air sealing or prep work depending on attic conditions
* Disposal of removed materials billed separately
*Minimum labor charges apply
Licensed HVAC Services (via Subcontractor)
* Blower motor cleaning
* Evaporator coil cleaning
* Air handler interior cleaning
* Full HVAC internal cleanings
* System diagnostics and performance checks Note: Licensed HVAC services are performed by a third-party contractor under subcontract. Dulock Ducts coordinates scheduling and bundles these services with our own, but the subcontractor is solely responsible for execution, licensing compliance, workmanship, and liability.

3. The Dulock Difference
Our signature approach ensures quality, transparency, and long-term value across all service categories:
Before Service
1. Discuss – Walk through the property, assess systems, and address client concerns
2. Diagnose – Identify buildup, inefficiencies, or hazards in ducts, vents, hoods, insulation, or HVAC components
During Service
1. Deep Clean or Install – Use professional-grade equipment and materials to clean, sanitize, or insulate
2. Document – Capture service progress with photos and notes for verification and reporting
After Service
1. Deliver Results – Review improvements, confirm airflow or insulation coverage, and provide maintenance tips
2. Detect Early – Educate clients on signs of future buildup, airflow restriction, or insulation degradation
3. Develop Trust – Offer ongoing support, seasonal service options, and transparent communication

4. Scheduling & Access
Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or our website. Clients must:
* Provide accurate job information
* Ensure safe and unobstructed access to all necessary areas
Rental Properties: Written authorization from property ownership or management is required prior to scheduling services at rental or leased locations.
Government Access Protocols: Dulock Ducts personnel assigned to government facilities will comply with required background checks, security clearances, and site-specific access protocols.

5. Promotions & Discounts
Dulock Ducts may offer promotional pricing, seasonal discounts, or bundled service offers. These are subject to change without notice and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounts are not retroactively applied to previous bookings.

6. Pricing, Payment & Adjustments
* Initial estimates are valid for 30 days
* Prices may be adjusted based on additional labor or materials
* Material price fluctuations are beyond our control
* A 2.99% processing fee applies to online payments made via emailed invoices
* We accept cash, check, Venmo, and other approved payment methods

7. Payment Terms
* Payment is due upon service completion (“due on receipt”), unless otherwise agreed in writing
* Payments more than 30 days overdue will incur a 5% late fee per month
* Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service disruption or additional fees

8. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must:
* Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area
* Disclose any hazards, pre existing issues, or concerns in advance
* Maintain property and business liability insurance (for commercial clients)
* Perform routine maintenance between professional cleanings

9. Warranty & Liability
* Dulock Ducts offers workmanship warranty per Texas law
* Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
* Services are provided “as-is” without warranty of specific outcomes
* Dulock Ducts does not guarantee complete dust elimination after air duct cleaning
* We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

10. Health & Safety
* We follow applicable safety guidelines
* Dulock Ducts does not handle mold remediation, water leaks, or related damage
* Clients must contact licensed specialists for mold or structural issues

11. Licensed HVAC Services
Tasks such as blower motor cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, air handler interior cleaning, and system diagnostics are performed by a licensed third-party HVAC contractor under subcontract. Dulock Ducts is not liable for the execution, licensing compliance, or workmanship of these services.

12. Post-Service Documentation & Recordkeeping
Upon request, Dulock Ducts can provide cleaning verification to assist clients in passing fire, health, or property inspections. Documentation may include:
* Service reports
* Photos taken during the cleaning process

Photo Release: By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the client authorizes Dulock Ducts to photograph service areas for documentation, internal use, and promotional purposes. Photos may be used in marketing materials, including online and print, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to service.

13. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds or credits are issued solely at Dulock Ducts’ discretion and only in cases of documented service error or cancellation with proper notice.

14. Privacy & Data Use
Client information is used solely for service delivery, documentation, and communication. Dulock Ducts does not sell or share client data with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

15. Dispute Resolution
* Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service
* If unresolved, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration before legal action
* Mediation must begin within 30 days of notice

16. Service Refusal or Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
* Unsafe work environments
* Inaccurate or withheld client information
* Missed or late payment obligations
Clients may cancel with at least 48 hours’ written notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to $75, depending on service type.
Government Termination Clause: Government clients may terminate this agreement for convenience with 30 days’ written notice. Dulock Ducts will be compensated for services rendered up to the termination date.

17. Emergency & After-Hours Services
Emergency or after-hours services may be available upon request and are subject to technician availability. Additional fees may apply and will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

18. Property Protection Disclaimer
While reasonable care is taken during service, Dulock Ducts is not responsible for damage to furniture, flooring, or fixtures unless caused by gross negligence.

19. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours. Dulock Ducts may offer a return visit or partial credit at our discretion.

20. Insurance Coverage
Dulock Ducts maintains general liability insurance for all active service operations.

21. Force Majeure
Dulock Ducts shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to:
* Acts of God
* Natural disasters
* Labor disputes
* Government actions
* Other events beyond reasonable control

22. Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity
Dulock Ducts complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding:
* Non-discrimination
* Equal employment opportunity
* Fair labor practices

23. Conflict of Interest
Dulock Ducts certifies that no conflict of interest exists in the performance of this contract and agrees to comply with all applicable ethics and procurement regulations.

24. Policy Changes
Terms and conditions are subject to ongoing review and may be updated as needed. Revised versions will be posted to our website and shared by email.

25. Governing Law
All services and disputes are governed under Texas law.

27. Text Message Communications By agreeing to this estimate, the client also agrees to receive text message communications from Dulock Ducts. These may include scheduling updates, service reminders, promotions, and follow‑up communications. Standard carrier rates may apply.

– Opting Out: Clients may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting Dulock Ducts directly via phone or email.
– Once opted out, clients will no longer receive text communications but may still receive email or phone updates.
– Limitations: Text messaging is provided for convenience only and does not replace formal documentation, invoices, or service agreements.
